Warranty / RMA Procedure

D-Link RMA has a repair process, we will replace the product should our RMA Technicians be unable to resolve the fault.

To return faulty product(s) to D-Link please contact D-Link Technical Support by calling Australia 1300 766 868 or New Zealand 0800 900 900.

A Technical Support Technician will verify after troubleshooting if your product qualifies under warranty. If so, you will then be provided with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. A completed RMA Form together with return instructions will be sent to you by email or fax.


RMA’s are to be returned to D-Link and must include all of the following:

  1. A completed RMA form (per above).
  2. Proof of Purchase is required on all returns. Your Return may be subjected to refusal if you are unable to produce Proof of Purchase.
  3. The faulty product (including all of its complete accessories and packaging where possible in good condition).

Terms and Conditions:
1. D-Link has the right to refuse products with visible physical damage.
2. Please note Warranty process may take 3-5 working days to complete.
3. DOA will be eligible for any products that are purchased and found faulty within 14 days.
