Changed features:
1) Add SMTP port to Mail and FTP setting page
2) Change the function name on Live Video page: "Auto Patrol" to "Preset sequence" for easier understanding.

Fixes:
1) Solve the Microsoft Silverlight compatibility. If user get the Silverlight upgrade from Windows patch, the ActiveX video will not be able to display. This FW fixed the problem.
